Cancellation Policy

On Cottages: cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to arrival is 100% chargeable for entire stay unless we can re-sell;

B&B: cancellation 1 week or less prior to arrival is 100% chargeable for the entire stay unless we can re-sell.

If you wish to change your dates, the same cancellation policy above applies.
